Taka12 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to taka12. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between taka12 and its users. By accessing the taka12 website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.

2 Account & Registration

A registered account is required to play games and make financial transactions on taka12. Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. taka12 will never ask for your password.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Eligibility & Age

Taka12 is strictly for adults. You must be 18 or older to use our platform. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

• Documentation for age verification may be requested at any time.
• Taka12 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending verification.
• Keeping minors away from gambling is part of our social responsibility.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on taka12 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). A variety of payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 15–35 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will be forfeited in full.
• Taka12 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on taka12 are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified to international standards. Every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, taka12 will refund the stake where applicable.
• If the connection drops during a game, the data saved on the server will be treated as the final record.

• Any violation of game rules or fraudulent behaviour will result in immediate account suspension.

9 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Simply contact the support team and provide your reason.

• Please ensure any pending withdrawals are processed before submitting an account closure request.
• Taka12 may close an account without notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned after verification.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.

10 Responsible Gaming
